• This project aims at investigating bat innate immune responses, with a focus on Eptesicus genera known to be a reservoir for viruses known to cross species barrier. We propose following an RNA-seq analysis to investigate whether some of identified Eptesicus-specific immune genes possess antiviral activities against a panel of viruses including Eptesicus-borne viruses such as Rio Bravo Virus

• Project upon the N-glycosylation pathway of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein in the overall context of virions assembly. Project entitled as it follows : ‘Unraveling the SARS-CoV-2 Assembly Mechanism : A Comprehensive Examination of Spike Glycosylation Pathway’. The overall aim was to assess the underlying mechanisms driving Spike N-glycosylation pattern based on a Virus Like Particles system allowing to focus on viral assembly in BSL-2 conditions and both confocal and quantification approaches
